PCW Ultra Announces Full Lineup for Believe on December 7

PCW Ultra has announced the full lineup for their final event of the year, Believe, taking place on December 7 in Wilmington. The event will be highlighted by the first meeting of two champions in the promotion and the PCW Ultra debuts of six wrestlers.

PCW Ultra Light Heavyweight Champion Shane Strickland will be challenging for Penta El Zero M’s PCW Ultra heavyweight Championship in Believe’s main event. The match will mark the first time that two champions in PCW Ultra have met each other in a singles match in the promotion. It will also be the first singles match between the two wrestlers to take place on the West Coast, having previously wrestled each other in Texas and Florida. Penta El Zero M has held the PCW Ultra Heavyweight Championship since December 1, 2017, and has made five successful defenses.

Tessa Blanchard, who is the only PCW Ultra Women’s Champion in the promotion’s history, will be defending her title against Delilah Doom at Believe. The match will be Doom’s PCW Ultra debut and the first singles match between the two wrestlers. Tessa Blanchard has held the PCW Ultra Women’s Championship since May 4, 2018, and has not been defeated in the promotion.

Warbeast (Josef and Fatu), who currently in the midst of the longest active tag-team championship reign in Southern California history, will be defending the PCW Ultra Tag Team Championship against Border Patrol (Kratos and Colt Stevens). This will be the PCW Ultra debut for Stevens and Kratos’ first match in the promotion since August 20, 2016. By the time of the event, Warbeast will have held their titles for 688 days, making their reign by far the longest tag-team championship reign of any title that is regularly defended in the region’s history going back to at least 1963. The Young Bucks were the previous record holder when the held the PWG World Tag Team Championship for 630 days.

Jake Atlas, who is the number one contender for the Light Heavyweight Championship, will be facing ACH in the first meeting between the two wrestlers. Atlas, who was the 2017 Southern California Rookie of the Year, will be putting his number one contendership on the line in the match.

In other matches Sami Callihan will be making his return to the promotion to face Brody King, both Heather Monroe and Taya Valkyrie will be making their PCW Ultra debuts in a match to determine the number one contender to the Women’s Championship, and MJF, Eli Everfly, Lil’ Cholo, and Hammerstone will meet in a four-way match.

In addition to the matches, Road Warrior Animal will be taking part in the pre-show meet and greet, with in-ring photos available for $50.00.

PCW Ultra’s Believe is taking place at the ILWU Memorial Hall in Wilmington, CA on December 7, 2018, at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are available now at PCWUltra.com.
