Hell in a Cell
Staple Center
October 25th 2015
Los Angeles, Ca

Preshow-6 Man Tag Team Match:
Dolph Ziggler, Neville & Cesaro def “King” Barrett, “The Bulgarian Brute” Rusev & The 2015 Money in the Bank winner Sheamus as Ziggler hit a Superkick on Barrett setting him up with an Giant Swing from Cesaro & Neville completing a “Red Arrow” Top Rope Corkscrew Finisher to give the trio the victory.

Opening of the PPV:
United States Championship Match:
As John Cena was in the ring, again he issued an open challenge to anyone to face him for the championship as the fans in Los Angeles shared their displeasure for the champion. Out come Zeb Colter to talk about how its time for Cena to lose the championship as he would introduce his opponent & Colter’s new acquisition…Alberto Del Rio!!

Alberto Del Rio def John Cena to become the new United States Champion as Del Rio executed a “Backstabber” Backbreaker followed with a low superkick to Cena’s face for the pinfal win.

Hell in a Cell Match:
Roman Reigns def Bray Wyatt as Reigns whipped Wyatt into a kendo stick positioned on the turnbuckle followed by a spear for the pinfall.

WWE Tag Team Championship Match:
The New Day (Big E & Kofi Kingston) def The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray & Devon) as while the ref was distracted, Big E hit Bubba with the trombone & Kingston delivered a “Trouble in Paradise” Spinning kick on Bubba Ray to retain the championships.

Divas Championship Match: (All Divas barred from ringside)
Charlotte def Nikki Bella with the Figure-Eight submission to retain the championship

WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match:
Seth Rollins def “Demon” Kane via a Pedigree to successfully retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as “Corporate” Kane is no longer part of “The Authority” as to their agreement to the match.

Intercontinental Championship Match:
Kevin Owens def Ryback with a pop-up powerbomb to retain the Intercontinental Championship

Main Event-Hell in a Cell Match:
Brock Lensar (w/Paul Heyman) def The Undertaker after Lesnar tore the ring apart, ripped the canvas and exposing the wood boards beneath. Undertaker would hit a Tombstone Piledriver on the exposed boards as Lesnar would kick out. As the ref looked on with Lesnar was able to hit a low-blow and an F-5 onto the boards to win the match by pinfall.

After the match, Undertaker got a great ovation from the crowd as fans chanted “Thank You Taker” but The Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Eric Rowan & Brom Stoman) came to ringside as they would assault Taker and carried his body away as the show comes to an end.

Overall, a decent PPV from WWE but a sold out crowd at The Staple Center. The internet was a buzzed as who would be the possible challenger for John Cena this evening as names like “The Cowboy” James Storm, Samoa Joe, Sami Zayne, Finn Balor were all thought of but with the return of Alberto Del Rio definitely made headline but also leaves some questions to be answered. There were speculations that Del Rio wasn’t returning to Lucha Underground & what will become of the AAA Mega Championship?

Also the order of matches was off as the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match was before the Intercontinental championship match? Usually in this type of PPV, The World Heavyweight Championship would have been the Semi Main Event but again which matches on this PPV ran over the time given?

However, the final moments of the PPV did set up for possible a Survivor Series match as we may see in a classic Survivor Series elimination match as The Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Eric Rowan & Brom Stoman) vs Team Undertaker but of course if this happens, who will be part of his team?

With Monday Night Raw coming from San Diego tonight, what will be the aftermath of Hell In A Cell? What did The Wyatt Family do with The Undertaker?
Will Alberto Del Rio address the crowd?
Will Kane show up to Raw?

All this will be answered tonight on Monday Night Raw..check your local listings with your cable/satellite providers

As for the Matches of the Night, some came off good & some fell a little flat but I feel these were the matches of the night last night at Staples Center:

Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar
Bray Wyatt vs Roman Reigns
Nikki Bella vs Charlotte
