M1W Championship: Willie Mack vs. Andrew Hellman
-Last Friday, Andrew Hellman took a huge step toward placing himself as a main event player in M-1 upending the dominant former champ Bobby Jo Marshall and sending him packing back to Australia. Hellman spent the latter part of 2009 making life miserable for Mack before succumbing to the hands of Milk Chocolate just before the new year. Will Mack’s power and strength advantage be enough to overcome the cunning and often unstable challenger?
RockNES Monsters vs. “Magnum” Joey Ryan and “The Professional” Scott Lost
With the M1W Tag Team Champions Natural Selection defending the belts in Korea, the red hot Monsters were looking for a top team to prove their rightful spot at the top in M1W. In Southern California wrestling, tag team wrestling gets no bigger or better than Ryan and Lost, who as members of the X-Foundation and The Dynasty have held tag team gold wherever they have been. Ryan’s championship aspirations in M-1 are no secret—could he have redirected his focus from singles gold, and enlisted his old partner Lost in an effort to upend the number one contenders with an eye towards Rickers and Cage?
Mr. Biggz w/ “Pretty” Peter Avalon vs. Mikey Callahan
Callahan looked to pick up his first victory in M1W last week against Biggz’s running buddy “Pretty” Peter Avalon, but came up short. Callahan felt the odds were stacked against him, and petitioned the M1W brass for a shot against Avalon’s bodyguard—a request the M-1 brass was happy to oblige.
PLUS, in singles action:
“Pretty” Peter Avalon w/ Mr. Biggz vs. Sonny Samson
James Morgan vs. Kyle Webb
