The Alternative Wrestling Show will present it’s final three events of the year on July 25th, August 29th and September 26th. Essentially cancelling the remainder of their planned cards in October, November, and December. “AWS will be taking a vacation for the Holiday season,” said head honcho Bart Kapitzke. Their most recent show, “Bart’s Birthday Bash” was headlined by AWS Tag Team Champions, PPRay (“Pretty” Peter Avalon and Ray Rosas) defending their titles against B-Boy and Lil Cholo (who have been heavily featured on the El Rey’s Lucha Underground as part of the Crew. The match featured many flamboyant spots that PPRay are known for, however it was the end of the match that revealed a darker motive for B-Boy and Cholo who attempted to injure Peter Avalon with a chair. Kapitzke added “Not sure when and if we will be back in 2016. But like always, we never say never!”
