Come witness New Wave Pro Wrestling’s first event of the year entitled “An Eye For An Eye.” We have 8 big matches lined up headlined by:

Blindfold Match

Locura vs. “Bruisin” Bobby Thrash

After months and months of mind games from Bobby Thrash, this feud is finally coming to a head. Bobby Thrash messed with Locura’s already fragile mind for most of 2009. Now at “An Eye For An Eye” these two will face off in a Blindfold Match.

After blinding Locura in October at “The New Wave Halloween Party” and being the constant distraction in his match against Ronnie Thrash in December, Locura had finally grown tired of Bobby Thrash’s antics. Locura challenged Bobby Thrash to a Blindfold match at New Wave’s first event of 2010. At “An Eye For An Eye” we will see what these two men have in store for each other.

New Wave Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Championship

“Rotten” Ronnie Thrash (Champion) vs. Extreme Loco (Challenger)

After a long and grueling feud with SoCal Crazy, Ronnie Thrash became the Heavyweight Champion. After defeating an already injured Locura, Thrash had no challengers step up to the plate. This prompted New Wave officials to go out and find a challenger. They found Extreme Loco.

Extreme Loco has wrestled in New Wave once before, he was a last minute substitution for Kaos in the Ladder Match that saw SoCal Crazy capture the championship in July 2008. Since then Extreme Loco has been on a tear throughout SoCal. He has won titles in numerous promotions. He is a former EWF Tag Team Champion, a former AWS Tag Team Champion, the current Battleground Pro Heavyweight Champion, and the current EWF American Champion. He is no stranger to wearing championship gold. Ronnie Thrash might have just met his match in Extreme Loco.

Best Of Five Series – Match Four

Johnny Yuma vs. Chris Kadillak

The score is Johnny Yuma with 2 wins and Chris Kadillak with 1. After winning the first two matches Yuma seemed overconfident with the third. He wasn’t hoping, he was expecting to sweep Kadillak in the best of 5. Yuma still only needs one more victory to win the series. Will he come in overconfident again? Or has his loss put Yuma back on track?

Singles Match

SoCal Crazy vs. Famous B

SoCal Crazy is working his way back up the ladder to challenge for the Heavyweight Championship. He has said he will take on all comers in order to get back the title that was once his. Famous B has another plan, he wants to use a victory over SoCal to elevate himself into the title picture. The newcomer has only had two matches in New Wave, but the student of our former champion Kaos feels gold runs in his blood. The veteran SoCal Crazy has some tricks for this brash newcomer.

Singles Match

Brandon Parker vs. Aerial Star

Since running over SoCal Crazy and causing him to lose his championship, Aerial Star has had this mentality that he should be fighting for the heavyweight championship. He thinks he should be the number one contend. Aerial Star needs to keep his ego checked as he faces the very dangerous Brandon Parker. He is known as the “King Of Strikes” and Aerial Star has to be on the watch out for his rough kicks and hard elbows. Brandon Parker has a lot to prove to New Wave fans.

ALSO: Chris Lyonz will go against his former trainer and mentor Foob Dog. After the war between Battleground and New Wave settled, Foob Dog took it upon himself to keep the war between himself and New Wave alive by taking out his own student with a steel chair.

Making his return will be a former New Wave tag team champion Ric Ellis. He will be taking on a newcomer to New Wave but is nowtunknown in SoCal, Jaysin Strife. Strife has wrestled extensively for EPIC War based out of Temecula, CA.

New Wave fans will also see a return match from our Fundraiser at Perkins Elementary, Johnny Paradise will take on Sindarin.
