COLLISION COURSE
Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 7:00 PM
Boys & Girls Club in Oceanside, CA
· These two young wrestlers have been working very hard in Los Angeles for many years. Now, they want the opportunity to showcase their talent and skills for the fans in Oceanside. At COLLISION COURSE, Hector Canales and Hop Sing Lee make their individual debuts for SoCal Pro. Who will make an impact on SCP’s second show?
2. Paranoia vs. “The Modern Day Warrior” Charles Mercury
· Last month, Paranoia had a successful victory in a Triple-Threat Match against ThunderWolf and Chimaera. This time, things may be different since he will face Charles Mercury. The Modern Day Warrior is trying to redeem himself after being pinned by Joey Harder at THE DEBUT EVENT. Mercury wants to make an example out of Paranoia and earn his well-deserved respect in SCP. Can Charles Mercury defeat the high-flyer, Paranoia or will Paranoia continue to prevail in his challenges from all wrestlers?
3. Tag Team Attraction: “The Poster Child” Evan Jelik and Johnny Goodtime vs. The Ballard Brothers (Shane and Shannon)
· In what had to be the match of the night at THE DEBUT EVENT, Shane and Shannon Ballard defeated The Young Bucks to prove that they are still a dominant tag team in California. This month, the Canadian twin brothers face another new and exciting team of Evan Jelik and Johnny Goodtime. The up and coming tag team plans to make a name themselves and they want to be ones that defeat The Ballard Brothers.
4. SoCal Crazy vs. Matt Twizted
· Due to certain circumstances beyond SoCal Pro Wrestling’s control, this match did not occur last month at SCP’s first show. However, SoCal Crazy made an open challenge to anyone in the building and ended up making David E. Jones tap out to a Crossface Submission. There has been bad blood between SoCal Crazy and Matt Twizted since they have feuded and teamed with each other in several San Diego-based wrestling promotions. This match will be personal, as both men want to truly see who is the better wrestler in the ring.
5. Karl “Machine Gun” Anderson vs. “The Mirror Image” Ricky Mandel
· Karl Anderson has been an impressive wrestler since making his way into the independent wrestling scene throughout Southern California, numerous states in America, and various countries. Despite losing to Scott Lost on April 14, Ricky Mandel showed the SCP fans that he gives them his best effort in a match. The Machine Gun faces one-on-one with The Mirror Image at COLLISION COURSE. Can Ricky pull off an upset win over Karl Anderson or will his opponent be too much for him to defeat?
6. The Tag Team Main Event for COLLISION COURSE: Al Katrazz and Babi Slymm vs. “Radiant” Jason Redondo and Mystery Partner [with manager, TNT]
· At THE DEBUT EVENT, TNT’s interference allowed Jason Redondo to pick up his first win in SCP. After the match, Redondo and TNT took turns beating up Al Katrazz until Babi Slymm made his way to the ring and saved his long time friend. Al Katrazz wants to settle the score with his nemesis, Jason Redondo wishes to get a piece of TNT for costing him the main event match. Babi Slymm will be in Al Katrazz’s corner to ensure that TNT doesn’t interfered again. The only problem is that Al Katrazz and Babi Slymm still do not know whom Jason Redondo acquired for his tag team partner. The mystery partner will definitely be revealed to us at on May 12, 2007.
