Beverly Hills Hotel, CA – Earlier today we received word (written, not spoken) from “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles stating that he would be unable to attend Pro Wrestling Guerrilla’s (http://www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com) “Teen Outreach Summit,” which is just 24 hours from now. Styles was diagnosed with a severe throat and ear infection, and due to that and his antibiotics, is unable to both travel and wrestle. It was disappointing news, to say the least, however PWG Commissioner Dino Winwood has used the hours since he found out to revamp the lineup for “Teen Outreach Summit,” taking place tomorrow, January 21, at 7:00PM at the Hollywood-Los Feliz JCC. We here at PWG would like to wish AJ Styles all the best and a speedy recovery. While the news of his illness is disappointing, fans can take heart in knowing that at our next event on February 4, the team of Davey Richards & Super Dragon will take on the team of Christopher Daniels and AJ Styles, regardless of who holds the Tag Team Titles. Also, we would like to point out that the newly formed Russian Coalition of Koslov & Masarsky credit Zangief, King of Piledrivers, for a large portion of their training.
