Stein Creek, California – At Pro Wrestling Guerrilla’s (http://www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com) “All Star Weekend 2: Electric Boogaloo” Commissioner Dino Winwood learned the hard way how cancellations can effect the final booking of a show. That’s why this past Monday morning, Commissioner Winwood was horrified when he checked his voice mail and found that there was not one, but four cancellations for December 3rd’s “Chanukah Chaos (The C’s Are Silent)”!Due to injuries stemming from his PWG Championship match at ASW2 (specificly, the 2nd Rope Package Piledriver,) Chris Bosh will be unable to compete on December 3rd. Also, Hook Bomberry’s recovery is taking longer than expected, so he will be unable to compete as well. Human Tornado has a personal (and possibly sexy) matter to attend to, and will be unable to attend. And last but not least, Frankie Kazarian will not be in town on the 3rd, and will also be unable to make the show. With the deck stacked against him, Dino could have easily thrown in the towel (again,) but thanks to the new found confidence after his victory over Arrogance, Mr. Winwood has made some changes that he’s sure the fans will love!
PWG’s “Chanukah Chaos (The C’s Are Silent)” takes place on Saturday, December 3, 2005 at the Hollywood-Los Feliz JCC, and will feature:
PWG Championship Match
“Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Steen © vs. “Technical Wizard” Joey Ryan
I Quit Match – No Holds Barred
Scott Lost vs. Scorpio Sky
Chris Hero vs. “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles
“Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels vs. TJ Perkins
Plus, added to the card:
El Generico is a simple man. He is a luchadore, like his father, and his father’s father before him. Wrestling is in his blood, some may even say that it’s his life. That’s why when Human Tornado was unable to team with him for the second time in as many shows, El Generico was not hurt or insulted, he simply went to Dino Winwood and said that he had found a new partner. Well, not in so many words (he actually said it in one word, which begins with an O, ends in an E, and has a L in the middle.) Either way, Dino was happy that one of his problems took care of itself, which is why he is proud to announce that El Genrico and newly acquired tag team partner Quicksilver will be taking on PWG Tag Team Champions Davey Richards and Super Dragon!
After making his return to PWG at “All Star Weekend 2: Electric Boogaloo,” B-Boy was determined to blaze his way to the PWG Championship, and what better way to do that than defeat the man won the Battle of Los Angeles 2005? Well, B-Boy will have to wait just a little longer for that chance, but in the mean time he’ll have his hands full with former TNA X-Division Champion Chris Sabin!
Plus Chris Bosh will be on hand to talk about his injuries, Kevin Steen, the situation with Joey Ryan & Arrogance, and much, much more! Who knows what Bosh will say, but the fans will get their wish when we Let Bosh Talk!
