Hollywood, CA – October 22, 2005 – The Empire Wrestling Federation begins the
October Onslaught Tour this week! Kicking it off Friday night at the Knights
of Columbus in Covina, followed by Sunday afternoon at the Knights of Columbus
in Playa Del Rey and then finishing it off big with a Halloween Night show in
Yucaipa at the Set Free Church.
For over three years EWF has been providing the fans of the San Gabriel Valley
with the best professional wrestling around and Friday, October 28th
is no different. We will be having our monthly, Friday Knights of Columbus show
starting at 8pm featuring a Super Lucha Match for the EWF World Tag Team Titles
as the champions, Los Chivos defend against Dan Kobrick and a
mystery tag partner. Also, Joey Harder will put his Cruiserweight Title
on the line against the high-flying El Dorado and Vizzion will
take on the former EWF World Champion The Iceman. Also on the card: Ryan
Taylor, Jason King, Brandon Nitro, and the EWF debuts of Kryptonite &
Bulldog Brian Raymond. The Knights of Columbus in Covina is located at 4315
N. Vincent Ave. Belltime 8pm. General Admission tickets are $10 and children
(under 12 years) are only $5.
The EWF debuts in West Los Angeles! On Sunday, October 30th we will
be holding our first event at the Knights of Columbus in “The Last Stop
Before The Pacific, Playa Del Rey. And not only will it be the first time for
the EWF in West LA but it will also be the first time for independent wrestling
favorites Scorpio Sky and Big Babi Slymm to set foot in a EWF
ring. Scorpio Sky will take on former EWF World Champion Jason King and Slymm
will challenge EWF American Champion Syrus. Also, EWF World Champion,
Bino Gambino will return from Mexico to put the title on the line in
an open challenge match. Also on the card: Alex Pincheck, Vizzion, Brandon
Nitro, Kid Karnage & “Mad” Max Martin. The Knights of Columbus
in Playa Del Rey is located at 8049 W. Manchester Ave. Belltime 3pm. General
Admission tickets are $10 and children (under 12 years) are only $5. Any fans
attending the WWE Smackdown house show later that evening will be discounted
$5 from their EWF tickets by showing their Staples Center tickets.
And last but not least, EWF will have a show on Halloween, Monday, October
31st at the Set Free Church in Yucaipa. EWF Champ Bino Gambino will defend
the gold against Vizzion, In tag team action, Jason King & EWF veteran J.C.
Castro battle Dan Kobrick and Brandon Nitro. Also Joey Harder and Kid Karnage
go at it in what could be a cruiserweight classic. Also on the card: Alex Pincheck,
“The Crusader” Vince Garcia, “Mad” Max Martin, EWF
American Champion Syrus, Ryan Taylor, and the debut of “Mr. Fitness”
Ron Kilbourn. The Set Free Church in Yucaipa is located at 13700 Calimesa
