In July 2013, there was a show in San Diego, ca featuring some great talent from Southern California plus former WWE stars. The show was being held during the annual
San Diego Comic Con week in hoping to draw fans to the show but in the end the show drew a few. The news broke out that the promoter of the event took the money & skipped town not paying the talent who participated on this show.
Now a Civic Class Action suit is out on Heroes of Wrestling USA & it will go to court in January 2014.
