Back in may of 2009 The first ever AWS woman’s tournament saw the debut of now world wide known CHRISTINA VON EERIE to our promotion. She went on to round two of the tournament to face CANDICE LERAE. Candice went on to win the whole tournament and become the first ever AWS women’s champion. Threw out 2009 and 2010 CHRISTINA and CANDICE shared a brutal fued that even saw them in a HALLOWEEN SLAUGHTERHOUSE match in oct. 2009 that turn into a hardcore cage match with chairs and thumb tacks! These two women have held the title each two times in the titles history. And only one other has been champion; AIDEN RILEY.
Then in may of 2010 saw the 2nd woman’s tournament plus a featured 5 men vs 5 women classic rated r match up! Not only that, but at that show in the main event CHRISTINA VON EERIE pinned SAR DEL REY to retain her championship that she still holds till this day! Going on to defend the title against other like ERICA D’ ERICO and MSCHIF!
At the second ever woman’s tournament we saw CANDICE LERAE make it all the way to the finals once again, but this time her tag team partner AIDEN RILEY also made it all the way to the finals. This time CANDICE having a change of attitude, along with manager MONDO VEGA tricked AIDEN into thinking that she was hurt, to quickly have her rolled up for the pin and CANDICE won the tournament again!
The 2010 tournament saw the AWS debut of CLAUDIA del SOLIS, BUGGY, MICHELLE MORGAN, ERICA D’ ERICO, AIDEN RILEY, MARIAH MORENO and more return to the 2013 tournament.
Then there was the crazy 5 vs 5 match up that turned into 6 vs 6. This match up has only happened two times in AWS History. MEN vs WOMEN and anything can,has, and will happen. This match up is not for the kids eyes and always gets a rated R rating. This match up returns at the Sept.28th,2013 event. so here it is;

Plus for the AWS WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP; Long time AWS champion; CHRISTINA VON EERIE gets the challenge from canada’s own, LUFISTO! Lufisto makes her AWS debut. Known for having top matches in SHIMMER, SHINE, CZW, Canada, and so many other places. She has what it takes to strip the title from CEV. Only time well tell if she can get the job done.
Plus The FIVE MEN vs FIVE WOMEN. This match will feature 5 women that get eliminated from the tournament vs PETER AVALON, RAY ROSAS (PPRAY the AWS tag team champions), The HUMAN TORNADO (Former AWS heavyweight and lightweight champion), and the BALLARD BROTHERS (muti-time AWS tag team champions). This match is sure to get a bit out of hand. It is also the third time that AWS has featured this kind of match up. The last two were full of rated r antics and great wrestling, you won’t want to miss it! And featured on this show will also be a triple threat match for the AWS heavyweight title as champion CHOLO takes on both his former tag team partners B.BOY and SCORPIO SKY! He will be put to the test against long time AWS vets and former partners! B. BOY and SKY have been feuding for months now, and sky has even attacked CHOLO after a match. Things have really heated up. Both CHOLO and B.BOY are looking for some payback on SKY, but don’t be fooled. It’s every man for himself. And for the AWS title.
This will be a show that you won’t want to miss, coming off of the hype from the last AWS event on Aug. 24th that saw CANDICE LERAE (Former two time AWS women’s champion). vs HUDSON ENVY the rookie upstart in a very brutal and bloody hardcore rules match! Anything can happen as these two both try to win the tournament, and could also meet once again in another round if they move up that ladder. Also HUDSON ENVY needs to watch out for MARIAH MORENO as things there have also been heated between the two after their first meeting in AWS.
