M1W WELCOMES FORMER ECW WORLD CHAMPION, FORMER NWA WORLD CHAMPION & FORMER ZERO-1 UNITED STATES HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION “KING OF OLD SCHOOL” STEVE CORINO TO “WRESTLING 101”
ANAHEIM, CA—Since October of 2009, Mach One Wrestling’s “Wrestling 101” has established itself as one of the top wrestling schools in the nation, bringing accomplished industry veterans such Paul London, Brian “Spanky” Kendrick, Frankie “KAZ” Kazarian, “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce, Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana, Chris Hero and legend Terry Taylor to share their experience and expertise with its students. Following in that tradition, “Wrestling 101” proudly welcomes former ECW and NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion “King of Old School” Steve Corino to the American Sports Center, Saturday, July 24th.Steve Corino brings a wealth of experience with a career spanning over sixteen years, in which time he has wrestled all over the globe and achieved success in every promotion he has worked in, having won championship gold multiple times over. Corino’s reputation has been built on a solid foundation of sound ring psychology and a high wrestling IQ, which he will be sharing with students and attendees for the first time. Steve will also bring invaluable information pertaining to what promoters are looking for, and what it takes to make a true living in the professional wrestling business.
Corino will also be at NWA Pro/M1W “Centre City Slam” in San Diego that very same evening to take on Wrestling 101 head trainer Joey Ryan in a first time match up.
The Steve Corino Wrestling Seminar will be held Saturday, July 24th, at the “Wrestling 101” Training Facility, located at the American Sports Center in Anaheim CA, home to the team 2008 gold medal winning USA Men’s National and silver medal winning Women’s National volleyball teams, and home venue of the weekly M1W “Friday Fight Night” wrestling shows. The cost of the seminar is $50.
