UEW – 8 December 06 – Official Recap

Last night U.E.W held its last show of 2006 aptly titled “Maniacal Threat”. Stemming from the Casa Del Mexicano in Santa Paula, About 150 die hard U.E.W fans packed in to witness what would come next from the Underground Society (which is how we refer to our entire roster). In the opening match of the night, it was a tag-team contest; pitting Chimaera & Junior Oldschool against Timothy Thatcher & Lion Tenshi. It was a mix of styles for these combatants with the somewhat younger quicker team in Junior Oldschool & Chimaera getting the best of their opponents, and also the three count as well.

Keeping the show rolling on with some high-flying, high-risk action Seito Hyashi took on El Chupacabra. It was a very impressive U.E.W debut for El Chupacabra, the Mexican Bad Lands native proved to be too much for the young bra wearing, skirt flowing, panties showing Hyashi. Immediately following the match “The Hardcore Homo” Angel made his way to the ring, and orally bashed Hyashi, with his motive being that he would take Seito under his wing and teach him to be “fabulous”.

The third match of the night was almost a guaranteed slug fest; Markus Riot w/ Gary Yap took on fan favorite Funny Bone. This match was a pure slug fest, with the occasional high-impact maneuver thrown in. The styles of these two are so similar it was very difficult to tell who really had the upper hand. Mike Rayne made his way to the ring to change that, interrupting the match, to help Markus Riot beat down Funny Bone to the point where he was no longer able to make it to his feet, all the while Yap was on the mic taunting Funny Bone and insulting the U.E.W fans. Luckily the duo of Riot & Rayne left on there own free will.

Next up was a tag-team contest; Ray “Boom Boom” Murillo & Steve Pain took on The Stepfamily. Neither of these teams are crowd favorites due to there lack of knowledge of rules and there overtly cheating ways. I t was a good solid match-up, with The Stepfamily achieving the victory.

In the fifth match of the night Krs Kaz took on “The Hardcore Homo” Angel. This was a very evenly matched contest, with only 50lbs. separating the two. Both men have speed, and experience, so this match was great. Angel pulled every trick out of his bag which threw Kaz off, but Krs Kaz was able to keep focused, focused until Wikkid’s manager Billy J. made his way to ring side. Billy J. was such a distraction to Kaz; Angel was able to roll him up for the three count. Krs Kaz then got a hold of Billy J. and give him a beat down. Billy J. obviously has interest in Kaz, but Kaz does not have any interest in what Billy J. wants, or has to offer him.

The Street Fight was next; Petrovich Potemkin as being thrown to the “lone wolf” if you will, Youth Suicide. It seemed after the last U.E.W show “Hell Bound”, Youth Suicide had completely lost his mind, he set a man’s entire body on fire! This match was a complete knock down, drag out fight. It was power versus experience, with experience and also hatred Youth Suicide owned the match from the first few sick chair shots. Potemkin was able to get in some offensive moves that would put an average man down for a three count, but Youth Suicide was like a train off its tracks, there was no stopping him! Youth Suicide picked up the win and then went on the mic to declare that he hated each and every one of the U.E.W audience and that he rampage was far from over. This brought in “The Human Horror Film” Supreme who was upset to say the very least. The second he hit the ring he gave Youth Suicide such a huge right hand, Youth Suicide almost flew out of the ring. He said all he wanted was for Youth Suicide and Carnage to take out the B.C. Killer, but they could not even perform this simple task for their mentor. They let their personal issues with each other get in the way, and also get taken too far. Supreme then said that his students were a disgrace and that he turns his back on both Carnage and Youth Suicide. “The Human Horror Film” then called out the B.C. Killer and challenged him to a Deathmatch. The Body Count Killer accepted with a smile, the butcher of U.E.W finally got what he wanted, his match with Supreme!

*U.E.W announced a short intermission to clear out the ring from the street fight*

As the show came back to order It was Nor. Cal’s best taking on So. Cal’s finest; The Suburban Commandos took on The Santino Bros. These two teams pushed each other to the limit. There was no shortage of high-impact in this one. In the end the Nor. Cal. Crew picked up the victory over The Santino Bros.

It was now time for the highly anticipated re-math; Mike Rayne put his Eastern Pacific title on the line against the 2006 West Coast Cruiser Cup winner Marce. This match was phenomenal, limits were pushed to the maximum, with each man getting the better of the other. It looked as if the proverbial underdog Marce was about to set up for the shooting star when Markus Riot w/ Gary Yap came to the ring. The match was no disqualification so there was no helping Marce from the beat down. Mike Rayne picked up the 3 to remain undefeated and also the U.E.W Eastern Pacific Champion. They continued the beat down until Funny Bone bolted from the back to make the save. This was stand off point, until the U.E.W General Manager came to the ring announced that in 2007 U.E.W would be holding a tag-team tournament, and that these four men just made the first match. So, the first match announced for the Tag-Team Tournament was Markus Riot & Mike Rayne taking on Funny Bone & Marce!

The next match was for a title, but not a U.E.W title. It was a North American Wrestling sanction title match. The current N.A.W Heavyweight Champion “The Ax Murderer” Piercestin Steel was going to be facing Pogo, yes Pogo! This match was sure to please the U.E.W audience. A slight commotion in the audience distracted from the opening minutes of the match but as order was restored all eyes were on the ring. Pogo is a big man that can move like someone half his size, and Steel is of course one of the baddest men on the U.E.W roster. Pogo took it straight to Steel, and he took it to him hard and fast. Pogo was primed, in his U.E.W debut, to pick up the victory over Steel. That is until the Suburban Commandos hit the ring and began the attack on Pogo, and Steel as well. That is until someone came to even the odds; Supreme hit the ring with chair in hand. Now that the numbers were equal the Commandos bailed, but not before Supreme laid down a challenge to the Commandos, that the reluctantly accepted.

The U.E.W Heavyweight Championship would now be decided, with champion Robby Phoenix defending his title against Wikkid. The match was a solid, well rounded match, with Robby really being tested for his title. Krs Kaz made his way to the ring to beat down Billy J. once more, apparently once in the night just wasn’t enough for this guy. The distraction caused Wikkid to be pinned by the champion. Krs Kaz had re-payed Billy J. for the match his distraction cost him earlier that night.

It was now time for the Death Match! Barbed wire boards were brought down to the ring, as well as a table wrapped in barbed wire. The two men hit the ring with one agenda; destroy! Supreme took it to the Body Count Killer, The B.C. Killer took it to “The Human Horror Film”, the match was just a shear, brutal display. B.C. Killer stapled Supreme’s head, Supreme returned the favor. Supreme manically introduced the B.C. Killer’s flesh to barbed wire, the B.C. Killer returned that favor. Thumbtacks pierced the flesh of both men. Supreme even busted a beer bottle over the B.C. Killers head. Supreme picked up the three count over the B.C. Killer. This match was not disappointing to anyone in the audience or in the back, after nearly a year out of action the U.E.W, Supreme finally got his problem of the Body Count Killer dealt with.
