“Nothing endures but change” – Heraclitus

As one door closes, a new one opens. While the final touches are being put on our new location in Van Nuys, CA we here at NWA Pro Wrestling and the LA Inoki Dojo invite you to come out and help us say goodbye to the Santa Monica building that has been our home for the past 4 years. The list of men and women who have come through our doors reads like a “who’s who” in modern professional wrestling. We hope to make this final event as special for you loyal fans as possible. Here are the 10 scheduled matches:

Main Event – Campeonato Mundial Ligero de CMLL
Champion: Rocky Romero
Challenger: Mikey Nicholls
Rocky Romero has received permission from CMLL officials to place one of Mexico’s highest honors on the line in the final match ever at the LA Inoki Dojo. Romero, who has been with the Dojo since the door’s first opened, was honored to be selected to help turn out the lights on his home away from home. Nicholls, the brooding Australian eager to prove his worth to the world, wants to make the nation of Mexico take notice the way he has in Australia and America. Romero knows that pound for pound this will be his toughest challenge as champion. NWA officials could not have chosen a better final match!

Plague & Chilango vs. Shamu Jr. & Impacto
Durango & Futuro vs. Legionario & Hikari

Lucha has been one of the staples of the Dojo for 4 years. These two matches showcase some of the greatest Lucha talents to step in the Inoki ring. From the big men Plague and Shamu to the amazing acrobatics of Chilango & Durango, every luchador to don their tights for the Dojo crowds has given his everything for the sport they love. These men and these matches promise to be something special.

Banzai vs. Karl “Machine Gun” Anderson
Another common occurrence at the LA Inoki Dojo has been the emergence of young wrestlers into superstars of the sport. Since coming to the Dojo the first week of January of this year, Karl Anderson has come unto his own as one of the true stars of our industry. Across the ring will be the mysterious masked Banzai. Can Anderson defeat the unknown or will Banzai continue to make his presence felt here in Southern California?

“Iceman” Webster Dauphiney vs. Bobby Jo Marshall

These two men have literally battled all over the Inoki Dojo this summer as a series of no-contests and double disqualifications leaves a score to be settled for both men. Who will win their final encounter? One last show in Santa Monica gives these fighters one last chance to prove ring superiority.

T.J. Perkins vs. J.J. Perez
KAFU, Derrick Sanders & Nathan Rulz vs. Ferguson Block, Scorpio Sky & Scott Lost

These two scheduled battles feature stars from NorCal squaring off against our own SoCal favorites. Perkins and Perez represent two of the best pound for pound wrestlers anywhere in the business and this match alone makes Friday’s show a worthwhile outing. KAFU, Sanders and Rulz may far outweigh their opposition, but the speed of Sky, ability of Lost and tenacity of Block make up for any physical differences between the teams. Come on out and see these battles for California supremecy!

Also on the card…
Acero Dorado & Massive Fabuloso vs. American Balloon & No Fear
Colossal Chris vs. Thunderwolf
Reptil & Vertiz vs. Pikachu & Negro Ortega

We hope to see each and every one of you there as we celebrate 4 special years in one evening! Don’t forget to keep checking our MySpace page at www.myspace.com/nwapro for the latest updates regarding the new location as well as the other NWA Pro cards throughout Southern California and across the globe!

Four years in Santa Monica ends on Friday, but the Toukon Spirit lives on!
