Main Event – Babi Slymm vs. Karl “Machine Gun” Anderson
At the premiere NWA Pro event in San Diego last month, we saw local superstar and fan favorite Babi Slymm fall to the Machine Gun under questionable circumstances as Anderson’s feet were clearly on the ropes as the pinfall was made. This not only enraged Slymm’s Gangstaz in San Diego, but it also evened their series at one win each after Slymm had defeated Anderson at an earlier AWS event. We certainly hope that all of San Diego comes out to support their man, Babi Slymm, as he goes for the win in this rubber match!

“Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce (w/Vander Pyle) vs. Tommy Wilson
The only man who can rival Babi Slymm in popularity in San Diego is fellow native son Tommy Wilson. After Wilson defeated Shawn Riddick at the debut show, he found himself requested to sign autographs and take pictures during intermission. This did not sit well with veteran grappler and ROH Lt. Commissioner Adam Pearce who came out and laid down a challenge to Wilson. Tommy accepted and now these two polar opposites in style and method will take to the ring next Friday!

Human Tornado & Puma vs. Bobby Jo Marshall & Shawn Riddick
The feud between Tornado & Marshall was supposed to end in Lowell, MA when each man got to pick a partner for tag team action. Tornado picked Sean “Syxx-Pac” Waltman and Marshall picked America’s Most Wanted member James Storm. After Tornado and Waltman came out on top, Tornado believed it to be over. Marshall had other ideas as he ran in and cost Tornado the NWA Pro/AWS Championship the next day in City of Industry, CA. These two will meet again, this time with local tag partners. Nacho Libre star Tornado has chosen NJPW and TNA superstar Puma while Marshall picked Riddick, whose attack of a YMCA employee almost prevented this show from happening. The always hot town of San Diego will be on fire for this one!

Al Katrazz (w/Vander Pyle) Handicap Challenge
Because of his recent actions at the Alternative Wrestling show, NWA Pro/AWS Champion Al Katrazz has been ordered to defend the belt in Bart’s Bunkhouse Brawl on July 29. More on that later! For now, Al Katrazz will be warming up for the action that night by taking on 3 men at once in San Diego! Has the big man from the big house bitten off more than he can chew or can he even find 3 men willing to step into the ring with him?

Mikey Nicholls vs. Scott Lost
It is a little known fact that Perth, Western Australia is the sister city to San Diego, CA. Don’t expect any familial love in this match-up as we see two of the top young lions in all of professional wrestling do battle when San Diego’s Lost takes on Perth’s Nicholls. Nicholls is fresh from his first match in New Japan Pro Wrestling having taken on Goto & Minoru in tag team action in Tokyo. Lost is on a roll as this year has seen him compete in the ECWA Super 8 and form The Dynasty in PWG. These two men will be huge parts of the professional wrestling landscape for many years to come and this is not one to be missed!

Also appearing: NWA Pro/AWS Tag Team Champions Midnight Dynamite (Charles Mercury & Johnny Paradise), Joey Ryan, Louie Marcel, Ferguson Block, The Manley Brothers, “The Truth” Lou Ruth and more! You’re already going to be in San Diego for ComiCon so come out for the show this Friday!

Note: AWS Kingpin Bart Kapitzke was forced to suspend both Babi Slymm and the Human Tornado from the 7/29 event due to excessive physicality toward referees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Co-Main Event – Strap Match
Aaron Aguilera (w/El Jefe) vs. Adam Pearce (w/Vander Pyle)

It all comes down to this. Adam Pearce and Aaron Aguilera, two of the top wrestlers in Southern California over the past several years, have done battle in about every possible manner. At Bart’s Belated Birthday Bash they even brought their respective managers into the fray, making them active competitors in a mixed tag team match. Losing this match, as he has lost most confrontations with Aguilera over the past year, sent Pearce into a frenzy in which he took a steel chair and a giant strap to a battered Aguilera. As Pearce tried to hang Aguilera over the top rope, the carnage was abruptly and thankfully broken up by Babi Slymm and Human Tornado. With NWA officials on hand, Aguilera made the challenge and Pearce was forced by AWS promoter Bart Kapitzke into reluctant acceptance. The two will now meet in the 1st ever strap match for NWA Pro/AWS at Bart’s Bunkhouse Brawl to settle the score once and for all! One fall to a finish, there must be a winner!

Co-Main Event – Bart’s Bunkhouse Brawl!
Al Katrazz claims to be a fighting champion and this July 29 he will be in the fight of his life. After “questionably” beating one man for the title and two to defend it, Bart Kapitzke has had enough and has ordered that Al Katrazz’s next defense will be against NINETEEN other men! Bart was quoted as saying, “Katrazz continues to defame the title by cheating, using weapons, and all the while claiming the ring is his cell? Well, there are going to be 19 others coming into his cell to take that belt whether he likes it or not. Let’s see if he can keep it up against the whole roster!” It will be a “come-as-you-are” Bunkhouse-Style battle royal with participants entering every minute depending on luck of the draw. Suffice it to say, Al Katrazz will need both luck and skill to go the distance and retain his title. While top contenders Babi Slymm and Human Tornado will not be in the contest given their one show suspension for putting their hands on referees, the field will still be stacked with top contenders gunning for gold. Already entered in the match are:

Karl “Machine Gun” Anderson
Tommy Wilson
Bobby Jo Marshall
Brawlin’ Bo Cooper
Tim Manley
Plague
Mikey Nicholls
Johnny Paradise
Andrew Hellman
Jack Manley
Charles Mercury
Peter Goodman
Ferguson Block
Crayz

And more!

NWA Pro/AWS Light Heavyweight Championship
Champion: Lil’ Cholo
Challenger: Lionheart
There are some things that can be forgiven and some things that cannot. Lionheart’s deception and attack on Lil’ Cholo falls under the latter. In their first attempt to settle their score Cholo picked up the pinfall via a quick rollup. Enraged, Lionheart again attack Cholo after their match. Clearly the bad blood between these warriors has not settled and an immediate rematch was asked for by both. That request has been approved and it will take place at the next NWA Pro event at AWS.

Los Chivos vs. The Young Bucks
The fire inside the Young Bucks has not been dampened by two losses in two attempts at Frank ‘N’ Sons Arena. Despite well fought matches against the teams of Plague & Crayz and The Manley Brothers, Slick Nick and Mr. Instant Replay have wound up at the losers pay window twice. On July 29 they will be back again against possibly their toughest challenge in the former AWS Tag Team Champions, Los Chivos. Kayam & Enigma de Oro know that they need to continue to build steam if they are going to get back into the title hunt against Midnight Dynamite. It is the upstart youngsters against the established veterans!

Plus 2 more matches! We will announce more talent as we get confirmation. We hope to see you at the world famous Frank ‘N’ Sons arena as scores are settled and 20 men have a shot walking out as the NWA Pro/AWS Champion!
