TORRANCE, CA, USA, August 1, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ — Torrance, CA, August 1, 2016 –Pacific Coast Wrestling (PCW) announced the competitors for its title matches at their super show – “Title Wave” – which will take place August 20th, 2016 at the Oak Street Gym Facility in Torrance, CA. The promotion’s heavyweight, light heavyweight and tag team champions will all be crowned.
PCW’s first Heavyweight Champion will be determined by a four-wrestler tournament. In a battle of the irresistible force meeting the immovable object, “The God of War” JR Kratos will face “The F’N Machine” Brian Cage. The winner of that match will face the winner of Pentagon Jr. and Willie Mack – two superstars who have never met in the squared circle.
Keepers of the Faith (Gabriel Gallo and Dom Vitalli) will do battle with Reno Scum (Luster the Legend and Adam Thornstowe) for the PCW Tag Team Titles, while Kevin Martenson will do battle with Mr. 450 to determine who will face the undefeated Scorpio Sky for the PCW Light Heavyweight.
The man former Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) owner and WWE talent guru Paul Heyman called “the next big thing” – “Death Machine” Sami Callihan – will be holding a seminar for professional wrestlers prior to the event. Callihan is also scheduled to wrestle at “Title Wave”, as is Japanese superstar Yoshi Tatsu, Alexander Hammerstone, and “the Samoan Werewolf” Fatu.
Former world champion, the Almighty Sheik, who has been suspended from competition by the promotion for striking a fan, has also stated that he and his manager, M.K., will be at the event to pressure PCW management for his reinstatement.
