Ricky Ruffin makes an open challenge for anyone to challenge for his NWA Western States title, Rik Luxury answers the challenge. Rik Luxury was banned from challenging for any Vendetta Pro titles for a year, but advises that the Western States title is a NWA title and the NWA has given him permission to challenge for it.
