According to PWInsider.com, WWE is already taking steps to 
block outside promotions from running events in the Santa Clara, CA area during the weekend of WrestleMania 31 in 2015. WWE has locked in a no-compete clause with all city-owned facilities in the area, as well as several large hotel chains.
These facilities have been notified that due to the no-competes they have with WWE, pro wrestling shows cannot be run in the venues.
