Sunday Night felt like old times, especially with all the SCU faces in the crowd. I know Mike was trying to keep it a secret in his recap on the CWF Hollywood #100 but “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce had returned to CWF Hollywood last night, which apparently appears to be his final showing.
However the fanfare quieted when Pearce was legitimately knocked out. Pearce went out when he took out Watt’s Murder Bomb. Paramedics from Glendale Fire Department were dispatched and checked on Pearce during the Ladder Match. Pearce was checked out at the Studio and was okay.
Pearce took to his facebook page and posted the following
Heartfelt thanks to the City of Glendale Fire and Rescue for taking care of me last night. Appreciated more than you know.
Not exactly the way I thought my time would end there, but I can’t thank the fans, staff, and especially the crew of Championship Wrestling from Hollywood enough.
It’s been a pleasure to perform with and for all of you for all these years. I’ll never ever forget you.
