BPW presents “From The Ashes” Sept. 29th

We are less than 2 weeks away from BPW presents From The Ashes and have yet to receive an official press release about the show. With an announcement last week of internal changes within the BPW brass, the company has been in seeming disarray ever since. The Battleground camp has been tight lipped about said changes, as well as the upcoming show From The Ashes, but fortunately sources have leaked info to BPWInformant. Here is what we know so far:

One year in the making: Mikey O’Shea takes on Rico Dynamite for the BPW heavyweight belt he lost last September at From The Ashes. Rico has held the belt for exactly one year, and The Irish Juggernaut has scraped his way back up the ladder. A rematch of last November Pain’s main event.

Tag Team titles: Last month the tag champions The Suburban Commandos added The Working Dead into the match with the Darevkos last minute. Commissioner Ramirez was then knocked out by BBoy before he could weigh in on the change, and this month the rumor is the Darevkos will get their shot against the champs.

Working Dead/Greater Good: Speaking of BBoy and Kaddy, they added Tyler Bateman and Raze to the mix, making The Working Dead 4 strong. This lines up perfectly with their rivals The Greater Good, consisting of Mondo Vega, former Ring Warrior champ Jeremy Jaeger, and the young tag team The Revolution. Look for these groups to collide in some way.

Loco’s Madness Continues: Extreme Loco is the new Ring Warrior champion, and fighting more than one man still may not satisfy his blood lust! Look for Loco to find new ways to feed his need to punish as many people as possible!

4 Nobodies, 1 Cup: Don’t forget about Pinky and the Nobodies! Last month Pinky looked poised to cash in the Ramirez Cup on Rico. Unfortunately for the Emo Behemoth his band of nobodies forgot the cup! You can bet the Pink Prophet is not pleased with his minions and will be looking for somone to pay for last month’s screw up!

Tito vs Morgan: Since arriving in BPW, “Main Event” James Morgan has made his quest for revenge against Tito his major focus, and this could be the month he gets his chance one on one. During last month’s 6 man tag main event, Tito Escondido and James Morgan could not put their mutual hatred aside, even when a chance to face Rico for the belt hung in the balance.

Rosas vs. Norcal?: Ray Rosas said last month he wanted to step up his game to the level it was when he faced Sheik Khan Abadi back in January. He challenged Sheik to a rematch, but got Mike Rayne instead and was victorious. The leader of the James Gang and Golden Gig champion then told Ray he would be back with friends from Hoodslam, foreshadowing a greater territorial feud that could be on the horizon…
