December 29th 2003
South Gate, CA
Press Release
On Monday night, December 29th, Revolution X ends the
year with its biggest show so far this year! It takes
place at The Allen Theatre in South Gate at 7:30 pm.
This event would be a great stocking stuffer for any
wrestling fan as we got 9 matches!Main Event
Rev Pro Jr. Heavyweight Title Match
Ladder Match
Scorpio Sky (c) vs. Rising Son
This feud began a long time ago in Revolution Pro and
has now carried over into Revolution X. It began last
Rev X show as Scorpio Sky got the victory for his team
and was tending to his partner Quick Silver, when
Rising Son attacked him out of nowhere with a barrage
of punches. Security tried their best to bring the two
apart. Immediately afterwards, Veronica Caine drew
contracts up for the two of them and got the match
sanctioned as a Rev Pro Jr. Heavyweight title defense
from Commissioner Cuppernill. However, seeing how it’s
Rev X and the end of the year, Veronica added the
stipulation of a ladder match. Only way to win the
match is to climb the ladder and retrieve the belt
hanging high above the ring. Who will win? Better
question, who will survive?
Semi Main Event
Lights Out Match
Quick Silver vs. Chris Bosh
Former friends, now enemies, Quick Silver battles
“Photogenic” Chris Bosh. What was once a match to
climb up the rankings has turned personal ever since
Bosh choose Rising Son and Disco Machine over The
Aerial Express, his life long friends. Bosh feels that
he has been in the shadow of the AXP and it’s his time
to shine. After Quick Silver was knocked out
temporarily last Saturday at “Big Show For A Big Man”
with a chair shot, Veronica Caine decided to add a
stipulation to the match this Monday, a lights out
match. The rules are, the only way to win is to knock
you opponent down long enough to reach the referee’s
ten count. This has to makings to steal the show.
Generations Tag Team Match
Joey Ryan & Johnny Paradise vs. Super Dragon & Ronin
In a special generations tag match, the charastmatic
lady lovers duo of Joey Ryan and Johnny Paradise takes
on the strong style team of Super Dragon and Ronin.
This marks the return of Super Dragon in Revolution X
action as he last defeated Disco Machine in October.
He’s selection for this generations tag match is his
protege, Ronin, who is one of the remaining contenders
left in the Fight For The Revolution. Joey Ryan
rekindles his rivalry with Super Dragon, but this time
his selection for a partner is another of the
remainding Fight For The Revolution students, Johnny
Paradise, who scored a pinfall victory over Ronin at
the Rev Pro Four Year Anniversary show. This match
should be high impact.
Hardcore Rulez
Supreme vs. Jethro
In the traditional Revolution X hardcore match, “The
Human Horror Film” Supreme goes up against a member of
the Dirty South Protection Agency, Jethro. Last
month’s chaotic fight saw Jethro and Supreme go toe to
toe with neither man backing down. Everything from
chairs, tables, ramps, and keyboards were used and
destroyed. In the end, however, Buddy George got
pinned and not Jethro. Can Jethro be the first to
defeat Supreme in Revolution X? Or will The Human
Horror Film destroy another victim?
Zokre & ???? vs. Babi Slymm & The Human Tornado
What was originally suppose to be Zokre & Angel, due
to a serious illness, Angel has been taking off the
show. Now Zokre must find another partner before
Monday, in what will be an important match in the tag
team rankings. Their opponents consist of a Gangsta
and a Pimp. Babi Slymm just recently won the Mexican
Lucha Libre Heayvweight title and has the momentum
coming into it. The Human Tornado has been just pimpin
lately and wouldn’t mind kicking some butt on his
spare time. Who will Zokre’s partner be?
Plus 4 more matches, including a women’s match! Also
live bands!
Tickets are 10 dollars at the door, and 8 bucks for
presale at the Allen Theater. Strict security, no
alcohol, all ages are welcome. The Allen Theatre is
located on 3809 Tweedy Blvd in South Gate, CA.
