I realize that "holocaust" has more than one legitimate definition, although most people DO associate it with the one during WWII.

In any case, is it really the best idea to have a show called "Halloween Holocaust" as a benefit for hurricane victims, in which lots of people also died?

Not to mention I can't imagine a lot of Jewish people showing up to an event with that name.

I'm not even trying to be politically correct, just using common sense.

Main Entry: ho·lo·caust
Pronunciation: 'hO-l&-"kost, 'hä- also -"käst or 'ho-l&-kost
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English, from Old French holocauste, from Late Latin holocaustum, from Greek holokauston, from neuter of holokaustos burnt whole, from hol- + kaustos burnt, from kaiein to burn -- more at CAUSTIC
1 : a sacrifice consumed by fire
2 : a thorough destruction involving extensive loss of life especially through fire <a nuclear holocaust>
3 a often capitalized : the mass slaughter of European civilians and especially Jews by the Nazis during World War II -- usually used with the b : a mass slaughter of people; especially :

Crazy thing about words. You never know when they have more than one meaning. Being a mostly christian organization means that your thoughts have already been taken into consideration.

Did Biggie Biggz's retirement last long enough for him to even miss one show?

I was wondering the exact same thing. I know its common for a guy to retire and come back but this is rediculous.

yeah. its a typical retirement.

when i decided that i needed to take some time to get my life back together and retire. it seemed that everything fell back into place. i got and have kept a great job. just got promoted to assistant manager. my personal life is coming back into place. my family life is coming around. so i told the HRW mangement that i wanted in. i want to be here. this is a great place to wrestle. i have fun. im treated with respect. and we reached an agreement. Also i hope to continue working for AWS, WAR, WPW, EWF, PWG ( hopefully). and anywhere people want to see me. I am trying to continue dropping someweight and better myself both as a wrestler and as a person. thanks.

success

Last night High Risk Wrestling raised $400.00 dollars for the disaster victims. I am very proud of that.

Also, HRW was featured in an article this morning on the "Daily Press" which was dedicated to last nights benefit show.

Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen.

Hey you, I am happy to see that the show went well. It's nice to see someone do something like that, give the money to people who need it, and put on a fun show at the same time. I would love to see more of that.
