Lucha Masks available to Canada?

Hiya Gang,

I'm brand spanking new to the world of Lucha Libre and so far I'm really digging what I see so far..

I've checked all over the 'Net including eBay for information and such about masks, and it's a little bit overwhelming.

So many of the sellers on eBay say they have "pro" masks etc etc, and I've gotten e-mail from other sellers telling me that the professional grade item I'm bidding on isn't quite authentic etc etc..

Is there a specific place I can order high quality masks from? I'm in Canada right now, and there's little to no exposure to Lucha Libre here..

also, watch out for masks on ebay from a seller under the name "freelybid" he was formerly "zekelito" who was booted from ebay because of his shitty masks he passing off as pro. enough buyers got pissed off and reported his ass. another guy is known as "bestmasks" i think. his are pretty horrible. others usually don't claim to have pro when they don't. i don't sell those cheap foam ones. i sell only semi pro which are a quality just under the pro level, which is great for an entry level collector who does'nt want to dish out big bucks. my auctions never have reserves, and usually start at 10 bucks.

Souljacker your mask are not so great.The aztec calender his horrible.Bucio makes the best mask if you know who that is.He actually makes Rey Jr's costumes.

Hey 'jacker, thanks for the heads-up on the "freelybid" and "bestmasks" sellers.. I had e-mailed the second guy regarding his gold Wagner mask he was selling awhile ago but it took him forever to respond and he wasn't too helpful anyways.

Yes, i agree bucio makes excellent masks. juan guerrero from l.a. makes awesome pro masks as well. but you will pay the price. Chombo is also a fantastic mask maker. as well. I have masks from these guys in my personal collection. Juan is a friend of mine. If you can get masks directly from these guys, get them.

i know chombo and I'm not impressed Ive also seen Juan G. and not impressed .Bucio is cheaper if you know him.Rey Misterio Sr. has a problem with Juan G. making those mask and making money off bunk mask.Rey Misreio Sr. saw the mask on ebay that souljacker is selling he was upset By the quality and now knows that Juan G makes them and he will confrent him soon.

First i'd like to say that Juan G. does not make the mysterio masks i put up on ebay. Shit, he wont even make a rey mysterio mask unless he knows you due to wwe problems. (which i also had). Juan's mask quality is great. I don't know what you are talking about! I can't speak for his other lucha gear stuff, but his masks are good. As for the rey mysterio masks i put up on ebay, i get them from mexico.
