Whats Going on With SoCal Wrestling????

I have one big question about SoCal wrestling today. Why is it that when a new promotion opens up everyone here has to bad mouth and talk trash? When did all of this become a bunch of panty waste crybabies?? I thought when promotions opened up it was a good chance for workers to be seen and work any where they get the chance to. Now I have been hearing about this new school called the Steel Mill and form my understanding this school is part of the UWW. I know that there is a guy running this place by the name of Mr. Cantrell and I have heard lots of rumors about him. As far as I know of the guy he anit that bad, what I want to know is why we have to keep this entire negative crap going. I am under the impression that there are major problems between Cantrell and "other" promotions.....WHO CARES!!!!! Let this shit be done with everyone should just run there schools or promotions and quit with the trash talk and bad mouthing. Let’s see what this Mr. Cantrell can do, who knows maybe he has a lot to offer to the SoCal Wrestling seen. I have talked to Mr. Cantrell about the things I have heard, things like…he’s not real, the promotion is fake, and he will screw over anyone that meets him. Well from my opion I have been to his school and talked to him about the direction he wants to take the UWW and it sounds great. Also if he’s fake why does he have guys with him like Moses Grimm, Paranoia, Thunder Wolf, Peaces, Outlaw Cody West and Gracie Lynn, Kidd Omega, Stitches, Lil’ Cholo, Katastrophe, Tiny T, X-haust, Misery, Under Pressure, Eric Matlock with Desire, Hurricane Marquez, Mike Martin from WPW, and many many more to come. I myself have looked into becoming a wrestler and have looked into different schools, yet have I found one that I can take my kids to while I train, feel like I an in family atmosphere and also feel like I am at home, I have found that with the UWW and The Steel Mill. The School in my eyes is awesome, two bathrooms vending machines arcade room for my kids to play in while I train…(they love it!!!) two offices, and a sitting area for you to relax at when you eat. Mr. Cantrell also sits down with his workers in his office to talk to them one on one privately to discuss what ever it is a promoter discusses with his workers, ( I have not had the chance to be in there yet) He has 3 different guys to train classes in different styles of wrestling and technique . Well for the most part let’s cut the UWW some slack and see what they have to offer to SoCal. There First show is Nov. 20th at Arroyo High School in San Bernardino. people with 2 posts probably work for whoever they are defending. I may be drunk right now, but other then Rev Pro, PWG, and UPW does any other promotion in socal have ANY significance as of now?

I think after EPIC every promotion needs to prove itself before it can be fully supported by socal. PWG has done the best job at gaining local support and NEVER pissing it off. I'll be the first person to say alot of people are on PWGs nuts, but at the same time they have only done good.

Personally, Im skeptical of any promotion that surfaces until otherwise proven.

As if anyone really needs to be told, but bigpoppa2x works for UWW.

I trained, managed, and wrestled extensively in WPW and would like to think I know those folks pretty well. I would honestly be shocked if Kid Omega, Catastrophe, and Li'l Cholo were involved with those morons in UWW in any capacity. I'd like to think those guys have enough respect for the business to know to stay away from folks like UWW who are an obvious parasite on the scene. Here's some advice for UWW-no one is buying it this time. No way. You guys buried yourself in a big hole, and truthfully no one wants to see you guys pop out of it. You want to know why people talk shit on you? Are we supposed to forget Threat? Joe Cantrell? Thunder Wolf? All the idiot posts, all the childish actions? Forget it guys. This is the difference between PROFESSIONAL wrestling, and folks who belong in their back yard in San Bernadino.

So let me get this straight; she -Desire- went to OVW - like 2 - 3 months ago, returned to So-Cal to be involved with UWW for a little while, and is going back to OVW in 3 months. Is that correct?

I am Desire's webmaster posting under Desire's name. I was informed that there was information on this board that I needed to set straight. First of all, Desire WAS planning on heading out to OVW a few months ago. They told her to hold off until January due to a new territory/school opening up and will not but up and running until January. She has informed me that she spoke with WWE yesterday and they want her to come out to OVW at the end of November for some training before the school is up and going in the new territory.
