Good times. The four-way was great..hat hardcore match was some brutal shit, I haven't seen something like that in a while.
Does anyone know what happened between Supreme and someone from the audience after the match? The guy wanted to fight Supreme, but why? I totally missed out on what happened and was hoping someone could fill me in.. |

The dude who got in Supreme's face was a friend of Buddy's who thought Supreme took too many liberties in the match. He wanted to throw down with Supreme, but another friend of Buddy's pulled him away before there was any king of scuffle. I have no doubt in my mind that this situation could have escelated if not for the intervening party. The match itsself was killer, like old UWF streetfights. Gordy, Sullivan, and Williams would be proud. I'd also like to mention that Buddy did an awesome moonsault in this one. If ya don't believe me, buy the tape. I'll have a review up in a few days.

How did KAOS look. I'm glad to see he's back. Now I'm kicking myself for having to work last night.
I'd like to buy the tape, but I don't even have a VCR anymore.

Due to the PWG Super Weekend, this last Revolution X show is sure to be overlooked. This was my first Rev X show, and it was pretty good. I recommend everyone check out Rev X the next chance they get. I sure got my $10 worth. Some thoughts:
- The Allen Theatre has a nice setup! - Rev Pro chairs are a dying breed. There were at least 3-4 broken chairs after the night was over. - I've said it time and time again, watch this kid called the Human Tornado. The crowd was absolutely loving him. He took a nasty dive into the crowd. - Joey Ryan's "alternate" gear is great! Johnny Paradise's "alternate" gear is just as great! - Legit question: How many people are in the women's division? Do Nikki and Desire wrestle each other on every card? - The crowd hates Lonestar! - Sanchos vs. "Team Anaheim" was a really good match. One of my favorite Sancho matches. This was Angel's return match in his hometown, and he got a really good pop. Zokre hit some of the most beautifullest moonsaults that I have ever seen. I love watching Zokre. AWC was chopping the shit outta poor Sexy Chino. Chino's chest was sooooo red after that match. I liked how the heel time was telling Chino not to dance, but it was so hard for Chino to resist. EVIL CHINO RUDO! DIDN'T WORK! I like Eric Matlock's work. He's very underrated in this scene. Big E. Biggs is a jerk for not letting Chino dance. Good Sancho six-man! - The Supreme/Kaos street fight was just out of control. CHAOS EVERYWHERE! Everyone was bleeding profusely. We saw chairshots, guitar shots, staple guns, tables, etc. You name it, it was probably in the match. And Ben Tomas is right, Buddy George actually hit a nice moonsault putting Supreme through a table on the outside. Very impressive. All four of these guys are insane. They took such hellacious beatings that night. Very wild and entertaining match. I felt like I was at XPW all over again. I dunno how this match'll look on tape, but it was definitely fun live. - This was a pretty long show. - Mongol took off Cyanide's boot and sock and ate his toe! Yeah. He did. - Babi Slymm is getting better everytime he steps in the ring. I like the extra "bling" he added to the belt. Nemesis needs to wrestle more matches and throw more floor punches to appease Mr. SoCal Tom Walters. "What does the 'B' stand for?" - Phoenix Star takes another king sized beating. This time, at the hands of Disco Machine and Ronin. Ronin hit a really nasty clothesline on Phoenix. That's what training under THESUPERDRAGON will do to ya. - The four-way dance was really good! Kinda similar to the Pride of the Mask six-man but not quite at that level. Still a really good match nonetheless. The end of night had Agressive Thrill Attraction and Los Sanchos brawling it out which will lead to a six man tag at a future show. Zokre hit one of the best asai moonsaults I have ever seen onto ATA on the floor. I love watching Zokre! Overall, good show from the Rev Pro camp. The place looked packed. Possibly a sell out. Get this tape for the main event and the crazy Supreme/Kaos brawl. I recommend checking out RevX next time you get the chance. $10 dollars ain't bad for the show they put out. |
