Commissioner Ramirez is not finished with Mikey Callahan

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfX9owY6YU4

Commissioner Dan E. Ramirez did everything in his power to see to it that Mikey lost his heavyweight title to Alexis Darevko, and it still didn't work! Now the commish is furious, and he claims that he is far from finished with the Irish Juggernaut. What could Dan E. possibly have in store for Mikey at BPW presents ...From the Ashes?

Scorpio Sky coming to BPW?

BPWInformant has just received an anonymous tip that the BPW brass is currently involved in negotiations with yet another So Cal wrestling superstar, Scorpio Sky! Word on the street is they want to bring Sky in to compete for the Ring Warrior Championship against B-Boy and whoever walks out of South Gate Under Siege with the Ring Warrior Belt. This would set up yet another dream match at BPW presents ...From The Ashes on September 24th! Stay tuned to battlerageson.com for info!

Ray Rosas vs. B-Boy vs. Scorpio Sky

After Ray Rosas' victory last night at South Gate Under Siege, BPW is now proud to announce that he will defend his Ring Warrior Championship in two weeks at ...From The Ashes against none other than B-Boy and Scorpio Sky! Between this match and the already announced matchup between Rico Dynamite and Joey Ryan to determine the number one contender to Mikey Callahan's belt, BPW presents ...From The Ashes is already primed to top last month's blockbuster Burning Bridges show.

Stay tuned for the official press release.

Battleground Pro Wrestling presents
...From The Ashes
September 24th at 8pm
American Legion Post #716
3252 Florista St.
Los Alamitos, CA

The past few weeks in Battleground have been fast and furious, and our third show in four weeks is sure to kick that pace into a whole new gear! Burning Bridges and South Gate Under Siege have laid the groundwork for our rise From The Ashes, and September 24th is destined to live up to the namesake!

BPW Ring Warrior Championship
Ray Rosas(c) vs. B-Boy vs. Scorpio Sky
Ray Rosas has had a whirlwind couple of weeks in BPW, first capturing the Ring Warrior Belt at Burning Bridges after months of feuding with tag partner Lucha Machine, then narrowly escaping with the belt last night at South Gate Under Siege. Now, he has to defend the belt against two well renowned
and highly respected competitors in B-Boy and Scorpio Sky. B-Boy made his much anticipated return at Burning Bridges by defeating Peter Avalon and Famous B, and now the well-decorated legend is looking to add another belt to his trophy case. Scorpio Sky is possibly the most athletic and dynamic wrestler on the scene today, and he is out to make a big impression in his BPW debut by taking home gold in his first match in the company. The Ring Warrior division has quickly become a hot bed for great matches, and this one just might top them all!

Fight for the Ramirez Cup
Rico Dynamite vs. Joey Ryan
At Burning Bridges, these Joey Ryan and Rico Dynamite put on a show in the first ever Dan E. Ramirez Rumble for the Cup, lasting from the beginning of the rumble as the first two entries all the way through 23 other men to make it as the last two standing. Then, to make things even more interesting, both men wound up touching the floor on the outside at the same time, leaving no clear winner. The Commissioner then ordered this match to determine the winner of the Ramirez cup, which grants the holder a heavyweight title shot whenever they choose to cash it in. Considering the stakes, this matchup between two top talents is bound to have ramifications that stretch to November Pain and beyond!

BPW Maximum Championship
Tito Escondido(c) vs. Robby Phoenix
At South Gate Under Siege, Robby Phoenix ducked Tito the entire 6 man tag, not allowing Tito even an ounce of revenge for his cowardly post match attack at Burning Bridges. Eventually he scored the dirty win with a brass knuckle shot to the head of Sean Black, and Tito had to take out his aggression on the Fugitives. Now Tito gets a chance to exact the revenge he was seeking last night, but Robby's head games could enable the Phoenix to rise from the ashes and reclaim the belt he has been obsessed with since he lost it earlier this year. Only time will tell who will prevail in this battle of power and wits, and if their candidate for match of the night at Burning Bridges was any indicator, Tito Escondido vs. Robby Phoenix just might steal the show!

***PLUS***
Mikey Callahan has issued an open challenge to any man who would like to take a shot at the champ and his gold. Currently the BPW brass is scouring an influx of worthy challengers from all over the current indy landscape who have stepped up to the plate, and we expect an official announcement within a few days about who they have chosen to take on The Irish Juggernaut.

Stay tuned to www.battlerageson.com as we announce all the exciting matches we have lined up for BPW presents ...From The Ashes on September 24th!

The Fugitives vs. Circumsexy

Last month, The Fugitives interfered in the number one contender's match between The Black Knights and Circumsexy, costing the Knights the match and anointing Circumsexy as first in line for a title shot. Now at ...From The Ashes, they will reap the consequences of this decision when Circumsexy comes to town looking to take that tag team gold that the Fugitives have held for almost a year. "Unorthodox" Levi Shapiro and The Riv are no strangers to the BPW ring and have been lighting up the scene in NorCal, collecting titles in multiple companies. Will they add the BPW Tag Titles to their collection? Or will The Fugitives weasel their way into retaining the belts once again?

Peter Avalon vs. Famous B

These two men collided with B-Boy at Burning Bridges in one of the most memorable matches in BPW history. Now it seems there is bad blood spilling over to September 24th as both competitors requested this one on one encounter at ...From The Ashes. Seeing as Peter Avalon and Famous B hold high rankings in the Ring Warrior Division, this match is bound to determine who's who in the title picture.

The Suburban Commandos vs The Brothers Darevko

The Suburban Commandos arrived in BPW last month at Burning Bridges and demolished Simon Lotto and Jason Andrews, making the first impression count. This month, however, they are going to have their hands full with the hated Russians, The Brothers Darevko. Alexis and Sasha are fresh off of months of tormenting Mikey Callahan and now it appears they have re-set their sights on the tag division. These tag team duos seem tailor made for a feud with each other, and when they collide for the first time at ...From The Ashes, they just might bring the house down with them!

Jeremy Jaeger vs. Lucha Machine vs. Chris Kadillak vs. Seville Alvarez

This match features 4 of the most exciting wrestlers in the Ring Warrior division. Lucha Machine was the first Ring Warrior champ and looks to get back on track with a victory. Chris Kadillak can mesmerize a crowd with his dazzling aerial attacks. Jeremy Jaeger is methodical and consistently brings his A-game to the table, challenging his competition to do the same or face defeat. Seville Alvarez is well versed in lucha and has been known to take to the air with high risk offense as well. Facing just one of these men would be tough, but the winner of this match is going to have to go through 3 other competitors! Such is life in the Ring Warrior division, and we wouldn't have it any other way!

Update on Foob Dogg's condition

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5iealLDE7Js

Last weekend at South Gate Under Siege, the referee failed to see Pinky's foot on the rope and counted the 1-2-3 for the Foob Dogg victory, causing Pinky to snap. The savage attack on Foob that followed culminated with Pinky sandwiching Foob's head between the ringpost and a steel chair, knocking him unconscious and causing him to sustain a serious concussion and swelling to his brain. The lovable man beast faces a lenghty recovery period, and word is that the BPW brass is discussing a considerable suspension for Pinky. We will keep you updated on Foob's condition, we all wish him well.

The Commissioner has made his choice!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nG5VnukNXK0

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9G0mtp9uj18

Commissioner Dan E. Ramirez was bombarded with video responses to Mikey Callahan's open challenge, and the selection process was no easy task. After careful consideration, it seems the Commish has settled on one of the most decorated wrestlers working the scene today, Rik Luxury. Rik is well renowned and respected, and his flamboyant style is bound to catch more than a few eyes when he takes on the Irish Juggernaut for the BPW Heavyweight Championship!

Robby Phoenix is cunning and calculated. According to him, the psychological games he has been playing has gotten Tito rattled and off his game, and he is ready to ascend back to the top by becoming a two time Maximum champion at BPW presents ...From The Ashes.
