New Lucha forum

[Steve]

After a vote in the general wrestling forum it was decided to create a new forum for lucha libre discussion. This forum is mainly for discussing lucha in SoCal and Tijuana, but non SoCal and TJ stuff is welcome also. Non lucha stuff should go in the general forum. We will still put SoCal lucha results in the Events and Results forum, but not Tijuana results.
