We talked with him for about three weeks about an order, and he patiently answered multiple questions very quickly and politely. When I asked him if there was anyway possible he could get the items here by the 7th for the APW show he told me he could, I paid on Friday and the customized gear was out by MONDAY- and arrived here today! Thats less than one week so I am completely impressed! After seeing people wait weeks after the promised date for gear to arrive (including a friend leaving to Japan without his new gear because Highspots didnt get them out on time) he will DEFINATELY get any future business from us!
