I was watching the show NYPD Blue tonight and low and behold who do I see playing the part of a tattoo artist? None other than So-Cal's own Brett Wagner, a.k.a. The Big Schwag!!! His head is shaved, not sure if that is new or not. He does a very good job. His total on-screen time is 1 minute 15 seconds. I think this is very cool, and I am happy for Schwag. Congrats!
