Ok, I know he didn't work here for very long, but he was one of the best talents that So-Cal missed out on. Damn I wish I would have gone to thoughs WPW shows he was on.

Dark Match From Raw:
Perry Saturn b Paul London
God only hopes that Saturn didn't do what he did to the last guy who used to work So-Cal. Well, Congrats to London and this just shows he didn't need Bassman to get looked at. And this wasn't his first dark match either.

Actually, this match is scheduled to air on Jakked and here's a couple reviews of it;

Perry Saturn vs. Paul London
-London with an armdrag to start, then another. London slaps Saturn, so Saturn clocks him and sends him to the mat. Front dropkick by London, and Saturn is forced to regroup outside. Saturn hangs London on the ropes, and hits back elbow. Flipping armbar by Saturn, then a roundhouse trip. Gut thrusts by Saturn, then a head-and-arm neckbreaker and an elbow drop 1-2-shoulder up. Saturn with the crossface chicken wing, then an overhead suplex. Vertical suplex by Saturn, then a snapmare and kick-to-head. More gut thrusts by Saturn, but London hits a Sunset Flip 1-2-kickout. Saturn quickly hits the DVD, but doesn't stop there. He goes up top and hits the Flying Elbow. He plays with the crowd before making the lax pin 1-2-shoulder up! Saturn again goes up top, but London dropkicks him out of the air. Headscissors by London, then a spinning heel kick and a sweet dropkick. He pulls Saturn down from the outside then leaps onto the second rope and immediately hits an Asai moonsault 1-2-shoulder up! London goes up top for the Shooting Star, but Saturn rolls away. Saturn lifts London onto his back and drops him head-first 1-2-3! Dan's Note: Stellar, stellar performance by this kid. Probably the most impressed I've come away from a match; more than with Lesnar, more than with Low-Ki. Worth the price of admission. Then again, Jakked is free.

Perry Saturn vs Paul London
London slaps Saturn. Saturn decks London. London sends Saturn out of the ring. Saturn drops London across the ropes neck first. Boot to the head by Saturn. Saturn with a swinging neckbreaker followed by an elbow drop for a two count. Saturn with an overhead belly to belly suplex. Suplex by Saturn. Saturn with a fall away slam. Saturn goes up top and connects with an elbow for a two count. London counters a missile dropkick with a dropkick of his own. Headscissors takeover by London. London hits a beautiful springboard moonsault for a two count. London misses a shooting star press. Saturn counters with a full nelson suplex. Saturn with a death valley driver for the pin. After the match Saturn continues his attack with a couple of top rope butt splashes. Note from Calvin - That London guy sure did take a beating. Saturn was brutally stiff with him. No doubt he will be sore tomorrow. Hats off to London for sticking in there, not being intimidated, and pulling off a couple of high spot moves to woo the crowd. All in all this was a pretty good match. I suggest to check it out this weekend.
Winner: Perry Saturn

I wonder why he feels that it's his duty to stiff the fuck out of every guy trying to rise up through the ranks?
I mean, is he bitter because HHH used to do the J.O.B. to him back when they were still in Killer's school, and while HHH Main Events, he's stuck with bullshit like Moppy, and "you're welcome" (Although I thought he was starting to get over with the random phrases shit: "Doggies eat applesauce to save the ozone layer" I about split a gut)
Regardless of why Saturn feels the need to be jerky like that, it's good to see that there are those who recognize talent and heart when they see it, and for London to still impress ppl after the Saturn treatment is a notch in the book for him. Those wanks at Rajah aren't easily impressed, trust me on this one.
Way to go London!

And I'd have to say Paul did a good job in that match (no pun intended)
It was pretty obvious that Saturn just expected the kid to lie down for him, and he didn't. Paul took no shit and they stiffed each other but good!!!
His high spots got over with the crowd and the lame-ass commentators actually started to shill the kid after he hit that inside-out springboard moonsault spot (spanning the corner even...it was a nice touch...I may even steal that spot from him...it was sweet!)
Hopefully, if the WWF ever pulls it's head out and starts doing some decent booking for the lt. heavys (or cruisers, whatever) I'd give the tap on the shoulder to Paul to at least job to the upper-tier guys in the div. he's good....damn good.
Hope to see more of him on TV!
Question:
I'm wondering if anybody is putting together a comp of SoCal workers appearing on Jakked/PPVs/in Japan/whatever.
If so, I might be interested in buying one at some point or another.
