Battle Ground Pro Wrestling returned to the American Legion Hall in Newhall this evening for the “Rumble in Newhall,” which saw a main event featuring twenty-five competitors vying for a number one contenders spot for the Battle Ground Pro Heavyweight Championship in an over-the-top-rope Royal Rumble-style match.
1. Battle Ground Pro Maximum Champion “Marvelous” Markus Riot defeated Disco Machine w/The Human Tornado and Candice LaRae via pinfall to retain the title.
2. “The Role Model” Preston Scott and Ray “Boom-Boom” Murillo defeated Foob Dogg and “The Wholesome Hero” J.T. Hyatt via pinfall.
3. The Human Tornado w/Disco Machine and Candice LaRae defeated “Mr. 300%” Brandon Nitro via disqualification.
4. The Battle Ground Pro Tag Team Champions Crayz and new partner X-5 Xtreme Loco defeated The Young Bucks (Slick Nick and Mr. Instant Replay) via pinfall to retain the titles.
5. The Stepfather won the main event 25-man over-the-top rumble match to become the number one contender to the Battle Ground Pro Heavyweight Championship.
