I think Silva got the raw end of this one, granted Fujita didnt look great against Thompson but he will murder Silva. I think the most intrest will go into who will win between Barnett or Hunt, they IMO will be the toughest challenge to Nog.

Just announced former UFC heavyweight champ, Vitor Belfort will take on Yoshiki Takahashi on the July 1st show. For those who dont know Takahashi is a former Pancrase veteran who has been the punching bag for all of PRIDE's top fighters including Barnett, Herring and Igor Vovchanchyn. Belfort is coming off of a dissapointing lost to Allsitair Overeem at Strikeforce 2. If anything this will be pretty much a can match for Belfort to try and get over in PRIDE (something that maybe a littl too late).

Also DSE just signed former K-1 fighter Yoshihiro Nakao. If the name isnt rining anybells he was the one who got his bell rung by Heath Herring when he kissed him before the fight. Nakao is also well known in Japan for taking out Don Frye. Nakao left K-1 Hero's branch because he felt he wasnt being pushed into the spotlight like the smaller fighters (Norifumi Yamamoto, Genki Sudo and Caol Uno). He is rumored to be facing Polish judo star Pawel Nastula also at the July 1st show.

Three more matches have been signed for the 2nd round of the OWGP which will take place July 1st.

Fresh off of a victor over Vitor Belfort, Allistair Overeem will take on lil Nog Antonio Rogerio Nog. These two have fought before with lil Nog getting the win but now with Allistair adding a few more pounds of bulk it may be a different story.

Undefeated brazilian fighter Edson Drago will make his PRIDE debut against Pawel Nastula (who is 0-2 in PRIDE granted those two losses were to Nog and Alexander Emilanenko).

Just signed from K-1, Yoshihiro Nakao will try to prove his worth in PRIDE against debuting Korean judoka Eun Su Lee.
