According to my sources, Valor Fighting still runs illegal shows at their "OC Dojo" gym once a month and charges $20 to get in. It'd be a shame if the CAC were to somehow get wind of this. :)

Just wanted to clear a few things up. The event consisted of nine fights, not four. The bouts listed were only the feature attractions. The event was legal as it was held on an Indian reservation which is sovereign land, and therefore not under the control of the California State Athletic Commission, although CSAC reps were on hand to take a look. Valor Fighting will have its CSAC license to run MMA shortly. As far as the shows at O.C. Dojo are concerned, they are also legal as they only feature events which are niether regulated nor banned by the CSAC including amateur boxing, kickboxing (w/ kick pads), submission grappling, pro wrestling... The next "Fight Night" will take place on 3/11. We will also begin running regular UPW shows out of the Dojo. The first three dates are 3/25, 5/13, and 6/17.
