Kamaitachi to replace Zack Sabre Jr. at PWG’s “Prince”

Due to an injury suffered during a match this past weekend in Europe, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla has announced that PWG World Champion Zack Sabre, Jr. will not be able to defend his championship against Michael Elgin at PWG’s “Prince” on Friday night.

Taking his place to face Michael Elgin will now be CMLL and NJPW star Kamaitachi.

Kamaitachi wrestled in New Japan from 2010 to 2013 under the name Hiromu Takahashi, then became Kamaitachi after debuting in CMLL in 2014. He is a former CMLL world lightweight champion, and lost his mask to Dragon Lee at CMLL’s “Homenaje a Dos Leyendas” event on March 20, 2015. He made his Ring of Honor debut earlier this year.
