MEXPRO returns after a hiatus of over a year with it’s biggest show to date, “Live and Die by the Code,” taking place on Saturday, August 10th at the Dome, 7962 Salt Lake Avenue in Huntington Park, CA at 6pm.MEXPRO will hold it’s first ever “Tag Team Smash Up” where the 8 men entered will be at the mercy of the luck of the draw to place them into tag teams for this one night only! These 8 teams will face off in a single elimination tournament and the last team standing will then face EACH OTHER to determine the very first MEXPRO Heavyweight Champion! The entrants in this prestigious match are Joey Ryan, Eric Watts, Famous B, Tito Escondido, Mikey O’Shea, Robby Phoenix, Rico Dinamita & Cjay Kurz.
Supreme (MEXPRO Deathmatch Champion) will face his former student, Carnage. True sportsmanship and respect – however bloody they may be – are the root of this one. Carnage has made quite a name for himself in and outside of MEXPRO and believes deep down that he has what it takes to win the title to become the next MEXPRO “King of the Deathmatch.” And in true classic deathmatch fashion, the bout will include barbed wire, light tubes, thumbtacks, rat traps, glass, mirrors and who the hell knows what else!
In a first time ever meeting, MEXPRO’s resident sleaze balls, The Born Stars (Rocky Bukaki & Jizzy Gillespe will face a tag team regarded by many as the best luchadors in Los Angeles, Phoenix Star & Zokre “Los Luchas.”
Up and coming hardcore wrestler JD Horror will face MEXPRO alum BC Killer “Secret Weapon Match”. With Horror wanting to prove himself MEXPRO officials while BC Killer is campaigning for a match against the winner of Supreme vs. Carnage, they have agreed to face off in a match that will keep fans, and the combatants, guessing. One weapon will be in play in this match…but what will it be? The answer will be revealed when the bell rings for the match!
