The NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship was decided on July 31st at the Ohio State Fair. The previous champion was stripped due to his unwillingness to appear at this event for the NWA. Prior to the previous champion, the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship was the center piece of the NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood’s weekly television series, that airs Saturday Nights at 11PM. This win for Pearce marks the 4th time he has won the championship.
