The Matches:

MAIN EVENT
Los Luchas (Zokre & Phoenix Star) & Topgun Talwar
Vs.
Arrogance (Chris Bosh & Scott Lost) & Ronin

– Six of the top SoCal talent will be showcased in the
main event as the returning Los Luchas and everyone’s
favorite recreational user Topgun Talwar will be
facing the cocky and arrogant team of Arrogance and
the Asian Boy Toy, Ronin. Los Luchas have come back
with a vengeance as of late and with something to
prove to the fans. Phoenix Star is one of the most
innovative luchadors you’ll find. Zokre is a
multi-talented musician/wrestler, who can wow you out
of your socks and STILL rock you like a hurricane.
Topgun Talwar is the epitome of a professional
wrestler and sets the standard of what’s to come in
Pioneer. Chris Bosh is the guy your mother told you
not to talk too. His outspoken attitude reaches no
limits: downgrading minorities and advances towards
women to name a few. His partner in Arrogance, Scott
Lost, is an international superstar and one of the
most skilled wrestlers in Southern California and his
potential reaches no limit. Ronin is one of the most
dangerous wrestlers in Pioneer. Hard-hitting and
technically sound, his ability to adjust to his
opponent is something that’s rare these days. Look for
these teams to give it their all and make the first
big statement in Pioneer.

SEMI-MAIN EVENT
Scorpio Sky
Vs.
Steve Pain

– Originally scheduled as Kenny King vs. Scorpio Sky,
Steve Pain has picked up the ball and plans on making
an impression at the expense of Scorpio Sky. Scorpio
Sky has establishing himself as one of the most elite
guys in California and in part Pioneer. Whatever the
situation, Scorpio gets it done whether in an aerial
battle, on the mat, or in a street fight. An
international star, Scorpio has wrestled in such
countries as Japan, Germany, and Mexico. There’s a
buzz out on Steve Pain lately as he has taken his game
to a whole other level. Steve Pain’s nickname should
be “Socal’s Best Kept Secret” as that fits his bill to
the T. With a big time showing and win against Scorpio
Sky, this could be the beginning of Steve Pain’s big
roll.

SPECIAL ATTRACTION MATCH
John Lambert & Lonestar
Vs.
Human Tornado & Big E. Biggz

– “Southern California’s Most Evilest Wrestler”
Lonestar teams up with “San Pedro’s Most Evilest
Politician” John Lambert to take on the charismatic
Human Tornado and the lovable big man, Big E. Biggz.
Lonestar and John Lambert, or as he likes to be known
as “Lamb-Phisto”, have a storied history. They had
their battles in 2003 all over the Harbor City area
for political reasons. However, with Lamb-Phisto views
on politics changing over the years, his quest to
become Honorary Mayor continues to grow, along with
his ego to become Honorary Mayor. Thus it’s only
fitting when Big E. Biggz stepped up to Lambert’s open
challenge at his own press conference (complete with
weigh in) in San Pedro that Lambert called on the most
evilest man he could think of, Lonestar. Biggz evened
up the sides by recruiting The Human Tornado.
Lambert’s made a lot of comments about Biggz, but will
he be able to back it up in the ring against the
350-pound monster?

Quicksilver
Vs.
Johnny Paradise (with Dino Winwood)

– In singles action, Quicksilver will be taking on
Johnny Paradise. Colorful and charismatic, Quicksilver
is an icon among icons in Pioneer. Quicksilver is
known for his nonchalant attitude, his ability to take
a beating and come back from it, and for his
world-renowned trademark pose. Johnny Paradise always
has to ability to pull out a victory with Dino Winwood
in his corner to make it a handicap situation.
Paradise is always one win away from reaching Paradise
City and taking that money to buy green grass and
girls who are pretty. Will Quicksilver break Johnny’s
dream of reaching Paradise City? Or will Paradise and
Winwood get the duke and be one step away from
knocking on heaven’s door?

High Risk (Matt & Nick Massie)
Vs.
Nemesis & Psycho

– In tag team action that will showcase some of
Socal’s upcoming talent, the tag team of High Risk,
“Mr. Instant Replay” Matt Massie and “Slick” Nick
Massie take on the returning Nemesis & Psycho. High
Risk are a rookie tag team that have been creating a
small buzz of late around SoCal. They bring speed,
quickness, and high energy to the table. Look for them
to surprise everyone. Nemesis & Psycho, the lost
members of Los Luchas, are making their returns from
various injuries. Trained alongside Zokre and Phoenix
Star as the Los Luchas stable, they grew apart when
their training partners got in the spotlight and left
them abandoned. Now they are looking to create their
own path and nitch in Socal right here in Pioneer.

Charles Mercury
Vs.
Benjamin J. Smoove

– In singles action “The Modern Day Warrior” Charles
Mercury will take on the spoiled Benjamin J. Smoove.
Charles Mercury is another guy who continues to
improve over time, like wine. Mercury has been
recently training in different forms of combat to add
to his repertoire and Pioneer is the perfect
opportunity for him to show us what he’s got. Mercury
is the perfect example of what hard work and working
your way up is about. Benjamin J. Smoove, on the other
name, has been handed a silver spoon since he was a
teenager. Rich and desirable, BJ Smoove’s father was a
famous football player who passed away and left him
financially set for life. Smoove’s theory is that
money can buy anything and he always loves to see the
common workingman struggle for money. Will Mercury win
one for the common man? Or will Smoove’s stock shoot
up with a victory?

Also, Pioneer Wrestling is proud to announce the
commissioner of Pioneer, Kevin Lyon. Commissioner Lyon
promises to make decisions for the people cause he is
the people. With fairness in mind, and the people in
mind, Commissioner Lyon will do his best to give you
the fans a grand show. Lyon promises not to be pushed
around, influenced, or back down from a decision. He
will take his Commissionership position with the
highest priority and regards. Look for a statement
from Commissioner Lyon in the future when we have a
website available.
