Sylmm vs Ryan added to the July 24th AWS / Rev Pro show

Just announced, Babi Slymm’s challenger for the AWS
Heavyweight Title on July 24th…

AWS Heavyweight Title Match
Babi Slymm (c) vs. Joey Ryan

– Previously announced as Babi Slymm defending against
Apollo Kahn, Apollo will not be able to attend due to
prior commitments. However the AWS title will be on
the line against #1 contender & AWS mainstay “The
Technical Wizard” Joey Ryan. Slymm has been on a
mission to make the AWS Heavyweight belt once of the
most pregious belts in Southern California since
defeating Adam Pearce in May. Since winning the belt,
he defeated B-Boy in a classic title match that
brought the house down. Joey Ryan should prove to be a
worthy challenge, as he continues to make his mark in
singles action in AWS.Other Matches….

Special Attraction Match
“CZW vs. XPW”
The Messiah & Adam Flash vs. Supreme & Kaos

– After what happened at the last AWS show, bad blood
continues to rise as Supreme and Kaos will go to war
with old rival, The Messiah. Messiah will be bringing
with him his friend and regular tag team partner from
CZW, Adam Flash. Flash probably has more ring
experience than all the others in the match combine,
as he has been in the wrestling business for at least
14 years. This will also mark the SoCal return of Adam
Flash as he has not been on a Southern California card
for over 2 years. This match will be brutal and hell
for those involve as well as those who have to clean
up afterwards.

AWS LA Light Heavyweight Title Match
Scorpio Sky (c) vs. B-Boy

– Scorpio Sky will be putting the AWS LA Light
Heavyweight title against “The New Age Punisher”
B-Boy. Scorpio has been a fighting champion,
successfully defending the belt against such
challengers as Lil Cholo and Funky Billy Kim. His
biggest challenge yet awaits him on July 24th as he
faces a man that he hasn’t yet defeated. B-Boy himself
is a former AWS tag team champion and is looking to
add the AWS LA Light Heavyweight gold onto his resume.
These two are no strangers to each other as they have
wrestled many times before. This has all the makings
to steal the show and will be a match that you can’t
miss.

AWS Tag Team Titles Match
Al Katrazz & Skulu (c) vs. Black Metal & King Jakal

– Al Katrazz and Skulu will be defending the titles
one more time as they face King Jakal and Black Metal
after their win over Los Chivos at the last AWS show.
For those who were not around back then Black Metal
and King Jakal were in the finals of the tag team
title tournament to crown the first ever AWS tag team
champions a couple of years ago and have since been
taken out of the tag team title hunt. However, since
Al Katrazz found his new tag team partner, Skulu, they
were very impressive in their tag team title defense
against Kaos & Supreme last month. It’s going to be
interesting to see how things will go in this match up
as this will be the first time these four men will be
in the squared circle for the first time.

Spirit of the Revolution Phase 2

This is a special round robin tournament that had been
resurrected from 3 years ago. Phase 1 ended last June
and with the special rules, featured some highly
competitive and exciting actions. In the end, Quick
Silver won Block A with 9 pts. Now, Block B will
determine who will move on to the finals in August to
wrestle Quick Silver in a best 2 out of 3 falls match
to determine the Spirit of the Revolution 2004 winner.
The 4 wrestlers who will compete in this phase are the
former AWS Tag Team champion Phoenix Star, 2004 Fight
for the Revolution winner Ronin, the inaugural and
defending Spirit of the Revolution 2001 winner Rising
Son, and making his return to the ring since May 1st
2004, former AWS Tag Team champion Zokre. Here are the
matches from Block B that you will see on July 24th:

– Phoenix Star vs. Ronin
– Rising Son vs. Zokre
– Ronin vs. Rising Son
– Zokre vs. Phoenix Star
– Phoenix Star vs. Rising Son

Points will be awarded to the winners in the following
manner:

2 points for a draw
1 point for a DQ or count out win
